Safe Cycling Thunder Bay

Cycling courses for all ages and abilities!

Bike rodeos for kids

Safe Cycling is proud to offer group courses for schools and community groups! We cover traffic safety, signalling, bike fit, ABC bike safety check, and give students the opportunity to practice skills in a supervised environment. There is also a guided on-road group ride to put these skills into practice. Sessions are available for children in grade 3 and up and last 1.5 or 2 hours, depending on your group's needs. For younger children, we are happy to provide an interactive classroom presentation or a bike and helmet safety check. We are able to lend a limited number of bicycles and helmets to children who don’t have access to these materials. Safe Cycling Thunder Bay’s instructors are nationally certified with CAN-BIKE, Canada’s leading cycling education program, ensuring that they have high-quality cycling and teaching skills. For more information or to book, email EcoSuperior%23org|Caroline or call 624-2144.
